Since finishing this book, my perspective on nearly every situation in life has shifted. I have always had a helping heart, but I realized I did not lend my heart to everyone. Did I always say yes when someone asked for help? Did I always help the stranger on the street? Most importantly, was I loving my enemies? The answer is: negative. Everybody, Always brought this to my attention like a slap in the face (in a good way). Thank you Bob!
Bob Goff’s main goal, for his readers and himself, is to become love just like Jesus. Jesus loved his enemies every day while walking our earth. He is the perfect example of love. Even though we can’t be perfect like Jesus, we can try and love everybody, always.
Journey to Joy is something I have created to do just this. I want to instill hope in people who are desperately searching for it, show others the light in this world, and help people find their own unique and personal joy. I want to meet new people and love them in any way I can.
I would love for you to continue on this journey with me in this crazy life we live.
