12 Fun Facts you don't know about me

Hello again! Part of my mission here is to meet other people and love them. Before I can even begin to do that, you might want to know a bit about me. Why not get to know each other?

First of all, I love Jesus. My life would look WAY different if I did not find God and follow His word. God is our Heavenly Father that loves us more than we could ever imagine. He is gracious and near to us in every moment of our lives, good and bad.

I am getting married in September!! I cannot wait to marry my best friend. We have been planning for a year now, but I can’t seem to stop pinning new and wonderful ideas!

I have such a heart for kiddos. I am currently in school for my Master of Education in School Counseling. I am SO excited to get to work with children and be a small part of their lives.

Growing up, our house was a zoo. We had pets ranging from snakes, lizards, tarantulas, fish, and frogs, to dogs, cats, hamsters, ferrets, and guinea pigs. The only thing I wish we would have had as pets were ducks!

One fun fact is I have three tattoos… and counting. :-)

I live in a very small town with only one red light! This means I spent a lot of time outside, hiking, fishing, playing with my neighbors, and doing all the country things, you name it.

I have an intense love for mugs. I get a mug almost everywhere I go, especially thrift stores. They have the cutest and oldest ones. My collection takes up a whole cabinet and is still growing.

My favorite food in the entire world is watermelon. (This is very different from my childhood favorite: butter).

If I had to choose between coffee and tea, I would actually choose TEA. I love my morning cup o’ joe, but tea instantly lifts my mood. Not to mention all the flavors. :-)

I studied abroad in college and was able to visit 8 countries in less than 3 months. If anyone is wondering about studying abroad, do it. It will grow you, and you will make some of the greatest memories.

Bungee jumping is 10000000% on my bucket list!
